Genesis Utz | Occupational Therapist OTD, OTR/L

Genesis Utz is a newly licensed occupational therapist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Cell, Molecular, and Physiological Biology from Christopher Newport University and went on to complete her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Emory & Henry College. She has experience working in multiple pediatric settings from clinic to school-based therapy. Genesis has a passion for working with children and their families to help children reach their full potential. She feels strongly that therapy should be motivating to the child and carried over into the home by family members.  

Genesis recently moved to the Charlottesville area from Winchester, VA. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking with her dog Zeke, and spending time with friends and family. She is so excited to be joining the Small Talks team and giving her families the skills they need to thrive.
